We deliver to UK mainland & International by request
Standard delivery charge of £4.99 to UK mainland only.
International orders, please email us with details of the items you want to order and we will get back to you with a postage quote.
Items can also be collected in person from our shop in Oundle, Northamptonshire please email before ordering your items.
Larger items such as Furniture will be priced depending on weight and size, please see our terms below or please enquire for further details.
All items are sent via Courier or Royal Mail (excluding furniture). Everything is carefully checked before it is packed and sent out.
We aim to dispatch your items once payment has cleared within 3 working days. Orders placed over the weekend or Bank Holidays will be dealt with by the next working. Please allow up to 10 working days for your items to arrive from the date of purchase.
Some items are dispatched by a courier and may require a signature.
Occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances delivery may be delayed, but you will be kept informed via email.
We will email you when your item/s have been dispatched or you may receive an email from Paypal which will include your tracking number.
The delivery charges for furniture will vary depending on the size and weight of an item. Please get in touch and we will give you a quote.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are delighted with your purchases, but If for any reason you are not happy with your items please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email – firstname.lastname@example.org
We will be happy to offer a refund or exchange for the full purchase price excluding the original postage cost once items are received from you unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 7 working days.
You are required to return the item and pay for the return postage. We do not refund return postage costs incurred by you unless the item is damaged during transit to you.
We cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us, for this reason we recommend that you return goods using registered post.
Damaged in transit items will be refunded or replaced provided the original packaging is kept with the original Delivery Label. You will be asked to email a photograph of the damaged item/s and the original packaging. Our Insurance requires us to prove damage in transit in order to claim a full refund which we can then pass onto you.
If a refund is given, please allow up to 30 days for the refund to clear.
